(Junior) Management Consultant

What You’ll Do:
  • Contribute to — and depending on your experience, lead — complex client projects throughout the entire project lifecycle
  • Gather, structure and analyze critical information, documents and presentations that are crucial to meeting project goals
  • Develop solution-driven recommendations and actionable strategies for our clients
What You Bring:
  • University degree in a relevant field (e.g. Business Administration, Economics, or related disciplines)
  • Initial experience in project management and/or consulting — ideally in valuation or finance-related areas
  • Strong analytical skills paired with quick comprehension and conceptual thinking
  • High digital affinity and proficiency with key applications — especially advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Curiosity, intrinsic motivation, and a strong drive to learn and grow
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in both German and English
